- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time it's a flat rate.But it all depends on the job and the location of the tree.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I myself like to do a meet and greet,introducing myself and my crew, and going over the job and what to be expected from the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got a lot of training from my dad,we did some fire wood when I was a kid so I got a lot of hands on training. As an adult I was always helping out neighbors and friends for free and decided I love doing tree jobs let's make it a business. I have about 10 years experience with all kinds of trees and situations from storm cleanup to just dropping them in a back yard.
