The responding technician “Vick” arrived ready to work. We needed a light fixture replaced from a not easy to access stairwell (Leading down to the basement) with very little room. In less than a hour he had removed the old fixture and replaced it. Our house is almost 100 years old (as are many in Queens) but he managed to sort out the old wiring. Thank you so much, Vick.
