Punctual, he identified the problem and solved it. He was a pleasure to talk to, knowledgeable, and efficient. An outlets GFCI had suddenly started flashing red and beeping spontaneously. It was the first time we had ever experienced that, which left us a bit anxious especially not knowing if we were safe. I contacted him same day in the middle of the night, VK was super responsive and responded within minutes. Was able to fit us in next day. Was punctual and will definitely hire again if needed.
