VJ was communicative and punctual. His work is very high quality and he was the perfect person for my job (fixing a bathroom exhaust fan). Would recommend calling him for electrical and repair jobs.

VJ did an excellent job upgrading the lighting in my basement. He replaced my old fluorescent setup with modern dimmable LED lighting and completely transformed the feel of the room.

He was professional, honest, reasonably priced, and took the time to look at the space in person before recommending the best setup. I appreciated that he worked with the vibe I wanted instead of just pushing overly harsh commercial lighting.

The lighting is now much brighter, cleaner, adjustable, and far more comfortable for working and relaxing. He also communicated throughout the process and made sure everything came out right.

Would definitely recommend VJ for lighting/electrical work.

Details: Replacement of existing lighting • 5-10 lights • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • Indoors • Existing property • House

VJ Electric is my new go-to for electrical work in the house. First, based on my initial contact with Vic and photos, he had a good idea of what was wrong with my light switch. Punctual, he identified the problem and solved it. He was a pleasure to talk to, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I also asked him to take a look at a few other things on my property, and he was happy to oblige. If you need an electrical guy, Vic is the man.

I hired this electrician through Thumbtack to install a smart light in my bedroom, and the experience was excellent. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and made sure everything was installed safely and working properly. They also took the time to explain how to use the smart features and answered all of my questions clearly. The installation was neat, efficient, and the area was left clean afterward. I’m very happy with the result and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.
