Sam just helped me with 560 square feet concrete work at my backyard. Sam was responsive on getting me the quote and his team was able to start the work 2days after. The project took about 2.5 days and his team arrived on time every day and also were willing to work on Sunday to wrap things up. They work professionally during the full project. His team is good to work with and easy to communicate with for minor issues I observed and they fix them right away. The concrete looks nice. His team also helped me with final asphalt work to make everything good. My neighbors saw and all said concrete looks nice. All garbage and debris were cleaned up by them and they also put everything back to to what it was. One point to improve: maybe pay more attention on detail (Conner, side wall, etc.) and this will make everything perfect. Overall, the experience working with them were good and they are good people to work with and I will hire again or refer to anyone

Sam and his crew were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond what they usually provide to make sure our moisture concerns were addressed while waterproofing our read foundation wall. The crew was extremely punctual and polite, even cleaning a few dirt spots they had left on our interior floors while walking through. Sam was always responsive and easy to reach and communicate with, even when he was not on site. I am happy with the work, overall. Thanks, Sam and co!

Well this is the current state of my driveway. The company started off great. Then when we asked them to return to fill in cracks that they Missed and the explain why we have zebra lines in the concrete. The owner came back and stated give it two weeks and it should correct itself otherwise he would come back and fix it. Well two weeks came and went and we called them to tell them it still Looked the same. The owner returned and tried to power wash it which did not work either . Apparently his workers laid a tarp over the concrete and the concrete took on the color and patters of the tarp. We have very reasonable and understanding while waiting for them to correct the issue. Meanwhile I keep having to reach out to the owner who decided not to return calls or fix the issue. So we now are seeking legal action and reporting to the better business bureau.
