Sam and his team removed and repaired the sidewalk in front of my property. They were responsive and their price was very reasonable. They arrived on time and despite having a work permit allowing them to work from 9am they respected the neighbors wishes to have the work start after 9:30. Highly recommend.

Met with Sam on April 13th, was quoted a price, next day give him all info to start a stucco job in which we are the GC for the owner as I decided to hire him instead of all of the other subcontractor.
Then all the trouble started.
First, he said he was out of town then something else came up
And I specifically asked them to let me know if he can do the job.
He said he could do it.
Since then it’s been a waiting game and I missed out on over three weeks while all the other subcontractors have now a two week back jam, causing me to look bad in front of my customer.
Sam’s response was that we didn’t sign a contract. That’s bad business practices. Don’t waste peoples time.

Sam and his crew were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond what they usually provide to make sure our moisture concerns were addressed while waterproofing our read foundation wall. The crew was extremely punctual and polite, even cleaning a few dirt spots they had left on our interior floors while walking through. Sam was always responsive and easy to reach and communicate with, even when he was not on site. I am happy with the work, overall. Thanks, Sam and co!
