I had scheduled an appointment with Manny for Monday July 13th @ 7pm. It was 7:32 and still no show. Not even a phone call to advise that he was running late. I called him to inquire his whereabouts. When he picked up the phone he sounded like I had woken him up from a deep sleep. I asked to speak to Manny and he said “yea”. I asked “ is this Manny ? “ he said “yea”. I said Manny we had a 7pm appt and it’s now 7:20... what happened? His excuse was he was still at work. Got stuck at work. I asked him why he couldn’t have called me to let me know.. all he said was “ uh uh sorry. Can we reschedule for tomorrow?” I said “no we can’t reschedule for tomorrow... that was very unprofessional. Forget the project. “
