- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first and second customers every Monday will receive a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a provider, tell me as much as you need to, what you plan on moving, send photos if possible to give us an idea on how we can prepare for the move. If you can provide measurements of certain items as well, that would be great. Get an estimate for hours and amount of movers needed, every move is different. Let us know if you have any concerns as well so we can readjust or make changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have any sort of formal education as it relates to my job, it more so requires a lot of research, trial and error in order to know what would work best.
