- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always fair and based on the work needed. We take into account the time materials and complexity of the job. We are upfront and transparent with all costs so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start by getting a few details about the job either over the phone or through pictures. If needed we will come out to take a look and give you a clear estimate. Once everything is agreed on we schedule the work and get it done as promised
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has years of hands on experience in all types of home repair and exterior work including gutters roofing siding and more. We have learned by doing and have worked on hundreds of homes throughout the years.
