We used Vimal and Vair Contracting for interior and exterior work: bathroom gut remodel, exterior paint and refresh, front deck, masonry and wood fence, and garage finishing. All work was done to a high standard, and Vimal accommodated change orders in a collaborative way. He was at the work site almost all the time, and always easy to talk to and ask questions of. We found his price very fair, all his staff were nice, and very careful and respectful of our home (taking shoes off when passing through or doing small projects) especially considering we were working from home!
I would not hesitate to work with Vair again.

Vimal and his crew are very professional, the work they did surpassed my expectations, they took the time to give us what we envisioned. I would recommend anyone whose looking for top quality work to hire them. My bathroom is amazing!

GREAT guys to work with. Reasonable prices for a good job, and very flexible to get the result you want.
They helped me to fix a million small things around the house in addition to a larger project.
I am very happy with the work outcome. Added bonus: the workers' personalities are fun too and they care about the job

Vimal is quite busy and it's not always easy to schedule a small job like I had for them...but once they were actually able to start the job, it was great. Vimal is smart and capable and easy to communicate with--he always understood what I expected, and made sure that was what was delivered. His workers were quite capable, and made a point to clean up the space after each day.
