I had a great experience with JB Construction and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor. From the very beginning, JB was extremely responsive, answered all of my questions promptly, and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. Even though my job was relatively small, he treated it with the same level of care and professionalism as a much larger project. He arrived exactly on time as promised and took the time to ensure everything was done the right way instead of rushing through it. The work involved removing damaged drywall and installing new drywall near my basement staircase. JB carefully removed the old drywall, installed the new drywall with precision, and made sure everything was properly aligned and secured. He then applied the plaster smoothly, sanded it thoroughly, and finished the painting so well that the repaired area blends seamlessly with the surrounding wall. The final result looks clean, professional, and like the damage was never there. What I appreciated most was how easy JB was to work with. He listened carefully to what I wanted, welcomed my input, and made sure I was happy with every step of the process. It’s clear that he takes pride in his workmanship and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction.

Julio did an amazing job fixing my ceiling dry. Will use him as a general contractor for all of my house needs.
I would definitely recommend Julio and his crews to anyone I know with utmost confidence. What started off as a simple wall addition, I asked for more difficult tasks such as adding addition double sided drywalls, rubber sheets and resilient channels. Of all the things Ive asked for everything was done correctly without any problems. Price was right , crew came on time and finished the job in given time staying late night. Very responsible! Highly recommended!

Team stopped by provided a reasonable estimate. Showed up at appointed time and completed the work. No tricks or stories. When doing the repair they made a small tent to contain the dust from spreading to the rest of the room, it wasn’t prefect but it helped a lot with the cleanup afterward. Would definitely work with them again.

We have prices where we include the material that is being used or the customer can buy the materials.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a day where I can see the job and I give them an estimate. I will send a proposal of the work being done and the price. After this I start on the job with a deposit and at the end the customer can pay the rest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a lot of courses for the work I do. I have licenses if customer needs proof.
