What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are flat rate and I offer reasonable prices and can work with client for payment plan if necessary. Contact me for the prices of the work you're looking for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first get to know my clients. Our initial conversation will be us getting to know each other a little bit while also discussing the type of work needed. This helps both myself and the client feel a little more comfortable as character is very important in a person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with a Sole Practitioner for a few years where the majority of my skills and expertise came from and I got Hands-on experience. But I'm also in the process of obtaining my Paralegal Certificate to give my Client's the peace of mind knowing they're working with someone who's knowledgeable.
