FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple noting too overpriced BUT distance does factor in. For example if I live in New York and I’m agreeing to travel to PA pls understand that if I’m traveling to you I should not only be compensated for my photography but for travel time. Customers should understand that I am an a entrepreneur.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well I’ll formally introduce myself, then I’ll inquire about the clients wants /needs for a particular photoshoot. I’ll then show my portfolio whether it be online or in front of me. If I see that the client is pleased with my ability to capture the moment I’ll then asks all the specifics for the upcoming shoot/ or event. Once everything is explained in full detail the client and I would discuss a date that we both agree on. Once that’s set I’ll send over a contract. The purpose for the contract is to show the client that I’m interested in providing my services and it’ll show me that the client is serous about working as well and that my time is being valued. Once the client has read and agreed to the contract I will require a deposit. After the deposit is completed we will then execute.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m very self taught but I’ve watched countless YouTube tutorials spoken to experienced photographers etc. I’ve taken courses etc
