I have been a contractor for over 30 years and this has enabled me to see systems and components of a home that may be faulty or unsafe. I have worked on many homes from building additions, framing homes, kitchens, bathrooms and you name it. I can see what needs to be fixed and I can give you some reasonable estimates as to how much you should spend for any repairs. I not only inspect but I can give you advice on how to handle a problem after I am gone. I enjoy making connections and meeting new people. It is my pleasure to help customers understand the condition of the inspected homes they are looking at. Some problems are not obvious and I enjoy passing on my lifelong expertise to help my clients make sound decisions about purchasing a home. Also, I have always had an interest in building and I like going to new homes and seeing how they are laid out and designed.
