After my NYC apartment sat in the market for over two months, my realtor hired JD to stage the apartment. He did an amazing job. I almost changed my mind, but it was too late, I got an offer and the apartment sold within less than 3 weeks after his completing his work. He has an extraordinary eye for proportion, functionality, and specially for a sense of beauty. This guy is an artist! He even used some of his own painting to decorate the house.

I had a small housewarming party in my new apartment last month, I needed someone to be flexible because I was looking for decor and also additional advice. I was looking affordable art pieces to buy. I am very into paris chic style. Juan David brought everything to life. I discovered new art thru his recommendations and most importantly the decorations were beautiful and so elegant!!! Also he recommended activities I can do with my house guests which was a plus! I got to hire him for a service but got so much more than that !! I am booking him again for my upcoming birthday 🥰🥰🥰
