- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and customized to each project. We provide free, no-obligation estimates after assessing the space, prep work, and materials needed. There are no hidden fees—everything is clearly outlined before we begin. We occasionally offer seasonal discounts and multi-room or repeat-customer savings, and we also provide referral incentives. Any additional costs (such as specialty finishes, repairs, or premium paints) are always discussed and approved in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick consultation to understand your vision, timeline, and budget. From there, we schedule a free estimate, either in person or virtually. Once you approve the quote, we lock in a start date and walk you through the prep process so there are no surprises. On the job, we focus on clean, detailed work, clear communication, and respecting your space. After completion, we do a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets your expectations before considering the job complete.

Our experience comes from hands-on professional training and years of real-world work in residential and commercial painting. We stay current on proper surface preparation, paint application techniques, and product knowledge to ensure long-lasting, high-quality results. We take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and doing the job the right way—not rushing through it.
