Pricing is customized based on the type of experience, guest count, location, service duration, menu selections, and level of customization. Packages may include matcha, supplies, setup, service, and travel depending on the event. We offer custom quotes for each client to ensure the experience is tailored to their needs. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Discounts or special offers may be available for select collaborations, repeat clients, or seasonal promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every Matcha Frequency experience begins with a conversation to understand your vision, guest count, event style, and what type of matcha experience you’re looking for. From there, we’ll recommend the best package, customize the menu and setup, and finalize the details including date, location, timing, and any special requests. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll handle the preparation, sourcing, and execution so your guests can enjoy a seamless and memorable matcha experience.
