Mirijana was incredible. She prepared an amazing meal that accommodated many different dietary restrictions and preferences—some vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free guests, guests with allergens, guests who didn’t eat seafood. She was so flexible and responsive, and on the night of was both unintrusive and personable. All costs were calculated upfront and there were no surprises. Highly recommend for any event.

I booked Mirijana for my friends Bachelorette party in East Hamptons and wow we were blown away! The Modern Mexican menu was delicious, platted beautifully, and the booking process was SO easy! The house was even left spotless after all the cooking!Every course got better and better as the night on. From the guac, to the nachos, quesadillas, enchiladas, and dessert, we couldnt stop raving about the food and we had so much leftover!Look no further if you need someone who is reliable and professional! Would HIGHLY recommend Mirijana for any private dining event!! Our chef cancelled on us two days prior to our event and she was luckily not booked that night. She helped create an excellent menu for our Bachelorette party that everyone enjoyed. We had italian food that was absolutely excellent and we had left overs for a small lunch the next day. She and her other chef were efficient, clean and left the kitchen spotless. LOVED EVERYTHING

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on dietary preferences and restrictions I will send a sample menu then I am happy to fine tune the menu to best suite each guest
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working Immersed in the fields of agriculture, from scratch cooking and baking all of my life. I have taken a variety of more formal classes and worked in several kitchens and trained by some phenomenal chefs
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a long line of Farmers, Butchers and Chefs, I have been a private chef for over 10 yrs
