Vadim is a very nice hardworking, punctual guy. My ac was not working for couple days and i called him. He came right a way and change my 20yrs old broken ac unit and replaced it on same day working all day long by himself with reasonable cost. And also he replaced my old gas furnace. Thank you very much vadim for fixing my ac unit on same day. I would like to recommend vadim for all who ever need to fix.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep our pricing simple and clear. Service call and diagnostic fees are discussed before the visit, and if additional work is needed, we explain what we found and the cost before moving forward. Our maintenance plan customers also receive discounts on repairs and additional services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start by learning what is happening with the system and what the customer would like to accomplish. For service work, we diagnose the problem first and discuss what we find. For larger projects, we look at the home, the existing equipment and the installation before recommending a solution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We believe ongoing technical training is an important part of HVAC work. Royal Serve is BPI certified, holds Building Analyst Technician (BA-T) certification, and has completed manufacturer training with Mitsubishi Electric and Navien. We are also a Navien Certified Partner, an American Standard partner, and a NYS Clean Heat Participating Contractor, helping customers take advantage of available heat pump rebates and incentives.
