Tile Installation and Replacement
Tony and his crew were very professional from the beginning to the end of the work. They replaced the tiles in our kitchen. We had a deadline to meet with the project and they even worked on Sunday so that the timeline could be met. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are very competitive. Piccirillo Enterprises is more of a custom remodeling company. We give the customer what they pay for and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we visit with the customer. We then listen to what their needs are, or we can make suggestions. We will then write up an estimate and email it to the customer within a couple of days. Once the customer decides to move forward, we then write up a clear contract and set up a start date. if requested, we will supply our customer with a list of venders that we use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 34 years of experience dealing with customers. My son has a degree in business, along with 15 years of experience in the remodeling industry.
