I fell in love with yoga over 20 years ago from the first class that I took! I have scoliosis and what a difference that first yoga class made with the pain in my back. The stretching was amazing. I've found that over the years I've turned to yoga for different reasons - initially it was to help with pain, but then I found it was a great work out, then it was a way to find time for myself, then it cleared my mind - it just kept evolving. I've grown to love yoga for so many different reasons ~ the way it centers me, brings me peace, offers strengthening, flexibility, compassion for self. I feel new and refreshed when I leave my mat every time. I look forward to meeting you on our mats and experiencing these many gifts that yoga has to offer together. Namaste.
