Nobody wants a badly clogged sink, but especially late at night and right before a holiday weekend. The smell of sewage backing up isn’t the way the night was planned. Tre responded to the call (Brooklyn) and drove all the way from another client in New Jersey to assess and complete the job, which prevented a flooding disaster on recently renovated floors, etc in the apartment. Everyone liked him; polite, informative, kept us posted about timing, and he even totally cleaned up the site. I’m recommending Tre/this business to everyone I know because efficient and reliable plumbers are really hard to find — and finding great 24 hour service is even even more of a challenge.
