I believe in 'no surprises' pricing. Here is how I handle my rates: Fixed Quotes: For straightforward jobs, I give you a firm, all-inclusive price before I start. You pay for the completed project, not by the hour. Troubleshooting: If the issue isn't clear, I charge a flat diagnostic fee to find the problem. Once I know what’s wrong, I’ll give you a fixed quote for the repair so you can approve the cost before I proceed. Quality & Safety: My rates reflect my Master Electrician expertise and safety standards, ensuring the job is done right the first time. Discounts & Fees: Any service fees or available discounts are clearly listed in your initial estimate so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by introducing myself on the phone and asking potential customers to describe their project. I then conduct a thorough walkthrough to provide them with the most accurate quote possible.
