FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm currently offering introductory pricing as I expand my public speaking and presentation coaching services—so you’re getting high-quality, personalized support at a discounted rate with no need to ask for additional discounts. Rates are transparent, upfront, and based on the time and level of coaching you need. Whether you’re looking for a one-time session or a multi-session package, I’ll work with you to find the best fit for your goals and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning about your goals—what you're preparing for, who your audience is, and where you feel most and least confident. From there, we customize a plan that fits your timeline and comfort level. Whether you need help drafting a speech, practicing delivery, or improving audience connection, I offer structured, supportive coaching tailored to you. Sessions often include real-time feedback, guided practice, and tools you can apply well beyond our time together. I also offer optional recorded sessions so you can review and track your progress. It’s a collaborative, low-pressure process designed to help you feel prepared, polished, and proud.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m currently a doctoral candidate (Ed.D.) in Community-Based Leadership at the City University of New York, with over 25 years of experience in education, workforce development, and public service. My background includes designing and delivering training programs for students, professionals, and nonprofit leaders across the country. I’ve completed certifications in public speaking-adjacent areas like leadership coaching, motivational interviewing, strategic facilitation, and curriculum design. My coaching is grounded in both academic research and real-world application—helping clients not only craft their message but deliver it with clarity and confidence.
