Brandon responded quickly to my request and showed up on a very short notice (less than 2 hours) and 20 mins later here I am enjoying my air conditioning again. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained the problem in lay man's term. He was even kind enough to remove his shoes on/off every time he had to go out to check my outdoor air conditioner to keep my carpet clean.
