I appreciated the quick communication, and estimate from photos which was convenient. The work itself was OK (insulate 8'x12' under floor in crawlspace enclosed prior porch). I am not confident they fully got in the rim joists since they didn't remove the old covering right to the edge. Also they said they'd leave the old paper waste but they also left all the old insulation and wood for me to dispose of.
