Introduction: I provide data entry services and have experience with Windows XP, 7, 8, Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, and Adobe Reader on the Citrix system. I can also do help desk functions, such as diagnosing problems, referral to the correct sources for problem resolution, repairs to HP laserjet 4200, 4250 and 602 dn printers, cross connections between Patch boxes and switchboxes, system builds and breakdowns, and desktop and thin client environments. All my skills are used and performed for the NYS Department of Corrections and Community Supervision with whom I have been employed for 18 years.
