Kanan was very professional, he contacted me and was able to get to my house 3 hours earlier than the scheduled appointment. He explained to me exactly what was wrong with the dryer & what part was needed & why. He was extremely polite, and I told him not to bother putting the dryer back together because he was coming back in 3 days to repair it. He wanted to put it back and I told him not to, so he carefully & safely put the parts back into laundry room. I am very pleased with the service so far & will follow up after the dryer has been repaired! Denise Parsippany, NJ
