- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact customer by phone to set-up mutually convenient time for free estimate. Listen to customer preferences for types of materials/style/coloring. Take room/wall/floor measurements. Show customer pictures of prior jobs. Suggest type of tiles and material applicable to the job. Price available materials and labor costs. Return to customer with free estimate and approval. Provide job timetable and availability. Require deposit for job requested. Progress payments (may be required). Final payment upon job completion.
