- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our onboarding process is conscious of COVID-19. First we have a chat where most of the forms are filled out over the phone. Next we will schedule a time to meet you and your pet in person. We will recieve things needed to perform the service (ex: house key, proof of vaccinations), make sure there are no obvious reasons we won't be able to care for the animal, and collect payment! Then we perform the service whenever scheduled!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken courses in dog walking, pet sitting, first aid, grooming, pet psychology, and pet nutrition! I've gotten certificates from each course as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've loved animals and been surrounded by them my entire life. Friends and family have had me watch their pets since I was 16! Just recently (this year) I've had the opportunity to make this a full time venture, and I have you all to tha k for that!
