I recently purchased a Co-op in long beach with a bathroom that needed a lot of TLC. I found this company on thumbtack and met John shortly after for an estimate. He came in a snow storm and was very professional. He always stayed in contact and was very quick to answer my texts and emails. The tile was purchased at RAI design in Garden City Park. Also a very good experience. Sal did my tile and renovations along with Maurice. The tiles came out absolutely perfect. You can tell Sal puts his heart into his work. I'm so happy with my new bathroom and would recommend them to anyone! Hope this helps!

I had my kitchen and bathroom entirely remodeled. The overall renovation was amazing and great. I'm really satisfied with the outcome. Maurice was extremely nice to work with. He provided alot of ideas and suggestions that works well and to my liking. Even when I'm not satisfied with something both John and Maurice will work with me to ensure it's done to my satisfaction. They are responsive when you need them. In addition, when the job is completed and there's some issues, they would work with you to make sure the problem is fixed. Despite some of the set backs of delay, I rather have the job done perfectly than rushed. I was able to select all the materials on my own from custom cabinets, backsplash, floor tiles, cabinetry knobs and handles to grout color. I had my wood floors sanded, filled, stained and polished. The results came out perfect. Even though the floors had been stripped several times before, they were able to preserve it and made it look like new. I had two single closets which I wanna to combine into one. I wanted this coat to be custom built so I drew out a design and the outcome came out exactly what I wanted. Hanging on one side, the middle as shoe rack and shelving space on the other side. Maurice put the nice perks of making it adjustable shelving. I would recommend the service to anyone. I'm living in my apartment for the past few days and I'm loving it.

The job was partial sidewalk replacement, JMBOC was extremely prompt responsding with the estimate, did the work right away, dealt with the incorporated village to make sure all regulations were complied with, and matched the color of the sidewalk as closely as possible. In two days they were completed, no mess, just perfect concrete were the cracked concrete stones had been. Would definitely recommend JMBOC.

I strongly recommend JMBOC for both small and large home projects. Their work on my home consisted of installing a new bathroom, new electrical wiring (outlets, switches and fixtures), new brick front steps, replacement of driveway and street slabs, patio repair, repair to ceilings, walls, and floors and new doors. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. I look forward to working with them in the future.
