My fiance and I were seeking out a skilled professional with reasonable pricing; Dimitrios was that and much more. We hired him to paint our bedroom and repair blemishes in the walls and molding that the previous home-owner's left behind.
Communicating with Dimitrios was a breeze- he provided his personal number which I was able to text throughout our project planning. Once he began his project, he quickly and respectfully completed exactly what we discussed.
Additionally, he even helped my fiance and I think of some future design/repair ideas (without being the slightest bit pushy). At the end of the project, he provided a detailed receipt with proof of payment for both our records. We will definitely be reaching out to Synthesis Renovations and Dimitrios again soon.

I am extremely happy with the project Synthesis Renovations just completed in my home, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.
They responded to my request within minutes, came and took detailed measurements and had an estimate to me within in a couple of days.
On first meeting Dimitrios, I knew I was talking with a professional. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and the estimate was more than fair.
They replaced my entire living room/ hallway laminate flooring, replaced the ceiling and wall in my dining room and utility closet and all ahead of schedule.
All in all, they do quality work, they were clean, thorough, honest and fast. I would highly recommend them to anyone and look forward to working with them on my next home project.

Dimitri was on time, took out and replaced the damaged Sheetrock. Shackled and repainted. Installed a shower door to prevent a recurrence of the problem. Cleaned up. You would never know he had been there. A big plus....he was patient with all my questions!
