We couldnt be happier with our custom bathroom remodel. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was smooth, professional and stress-free. Matt and Donna took their time helping us design our space and it made it better than we imagined. Im absolutely delighted with the results of the two bathrooms I had remodeled with Pickford. From our first meeting through project completion, Matt and Donna were knowledgeable, highly-communicative, thorough, and thoughtful, recommending creative solutions that truly transformed these rooms from dull to modern and immaculate. Pickford's on-site tradespeople were courteous, clean, precise, and detail-oriented. Matt and Donna were also sensitive to my budget and time constraints, and ensured the project was completed on time and on budget. They were happy to deal with my co-op board, providing scrupulous documentation and paperwork as required. Ive worked with many contractors and renovation projects over the decades in four previous homes and can easily say Pickford ranks as the best experience among them.. For years we have lived without an upstairs bathroom. After talking with Matt and Donna we decided to go for it. Not only were they ready to work with us, but before we knew it, the crew was arriving and demolition had began.Everyone was organized and throughout the project we communicated via messaging which really helped keep things moving and clarify any questions that arose along the way. The construction crew, the electrician, the plumber and the tiler were all professional, tidy and polite...3 pluses in my book. From start to finish this project took about 3 weeks!Thank you Matt, Donna and crew for a beautiful bathroom and a very comfortable building experience.
