I am a private chef and caterer who recently closed a boutique lunch/dinner/bakery retail shop that I owned and operated for 20 years. I have 23 years of experience in cooking all types of cuisines. I keep my finger on the pulse of all things food related and love to think outside the box, creating dishes that pack a flavor punch while are also visually beautiful. My menus can lean toward new and traditional American cuisine, multi-ethnic dishes, and healthy foods that are organic and seasonally inspired. I am also well versed in the paleo/primal lifestyle, low carb, and vegetarian/vegan/raw cuisine. I can juice & make healthy smoothies, fruit & herb thirst quenchers, lassis, lemonades, horchatas, iced teas, & agua frescas. I make desserts, all from scratch and with a twist, with healthy options, too! I will customize a unique menu to create a memorable food experience for you and your guests. I have experience in catering everything from magazine/film shoots, intimate dinners/cocktail parties, corporate events, fundraisers, barbeques, and picnics for 2 to weddings up to 200 guests. Additionally, I can provide table styling with an option of vintage and rustic rentals including platters, tiered pastry displays, pedestals, cake plates, serving utensils, and signage.
