I have been drawing Party Caricatures since 1991. I draw fast, flatteringly, and fun party portraits.
I draw full background scenarios with each full body portrait, as I chat with each Guest. I project my drawings on a screen so everyone can watch. I can provide other top Party Artists for large groups. My price includes special background paper. I aim to please each person as I draw them in a totally personalized unique scene. I make it Fun!

We had Philip as the caricaturist at my birthday party, and he was truly one of the highlights of the night. Every guest absolutely loved it, not only were the drawings incredibly well done, but he had such a talent for capturing each person’s personality in a fun and flattering way.
He was professional, engaging, and created such a great energy throughout the event. People were gathered around watching him work, and there was always a line because everyone wanted one. It added such a unique, interactive element and gave guests a memorable keepsake to take home.
I can’t recommend Philip enough, if you’re looking to elevate your event with something creative and joyful, he’s amazing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Pricing is $150 -$160 hr for Party Caricatures, with a two hour minimum and a 50 mile maximum distance for 2 hours. 70 mile max for 3 hours. I can set up my monitor to watch the drawings, design your paper, work from photos with a 3 hour minimum..
I also offer virtual drawings as well as caricatures on tees as favors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the new customer to describe what I can offer as an artist, and what I can offer from my Company.. I like to follow up with emails and descriptions of my work that is similar to what they are asking for. I can text sketches for custom work like Portrait Scenario gifts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an art degree, I have taught kids to draw super heros, I draw kids all the time at parties. I also illustrate Children's books. I have been an artist since I was 16. I am also a graphic artist and a digital painter and portrait artist.
