Steven fixed our iron fence including replacement of iron fence posts, welding a gate handle, sanding and respainting. The whole service was awesome! He always responded quickly, provided great quality work and the price was fair and reasonable. I can highly recommend working with him!

We were looking for someone who could put in a metal banister, plus weld some metal door hinges. We found this company almost by chance. We were asking around through my contacts and was searching online. What a find we literally found a gem of a welder. Steven literally answered the phone when I called. We talked about what type of things I needed done and we scheduled an appointment for him to come by. He literally showed up to look at the everything and gave us a written quote with the scope of the work and what the materials needed. All the work was done in a very timely manner and their prices were reasonable. He did a great job so good that we had him build us a metal basement hatch and a few other things. Steven is definitely the first person I will call if we have other projects come up.

Steven did an amazing job on repairing my wrought iron fence. He replaced the structural posts and welded new ones to make the fence stronger and level. The fence now opens and closes perfectly. I will be having him do more work for me in the future and I definitely recommend him.

Steven is incredibly professional, fast and extremely reasonable. He has done a wide variety of work for us consistently for over 6 years. He is highly responsive and his work is flawless, even when complex. Couldn't be happier with Landsec work!
