- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer a bit ( I can be a little chatty at times). I like to know what the customer wants to achieve or accomplish. Managing customer expectations is important if the customer is unaware of the complexity of a job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified electrician, plumber,& universal refrigerant handler. I built houses for ten years, and I repair electronic, and electromechanical appliances for the past 17 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always been especially good with my hands and I have a very mechanical way of thinking and deconstructing any project to make or repair it the best way possible. As a child of 8 I was receiving power tools for holiday gifts.
