Omg! Seriously! I just want to start by stating that kieffer is one of THE MOST professional human beings I have ever done business with! Literally he wrote me back within and hour and we started off the process basically right away. Called me we spent about 20 minutes on the phone , he explained the process to me down to the smallest detail, answered ALL of my questions. I made the payment and literally in LESS than 48 hours the other party was served. LITERALLY less than 48 hours. Provided pictures and ALL details. Really really wowed me. Keith and his team got the job done in a timely and professional manner.From the very beginning I explained that my server job would be extremely difficult. He not only took the job he went above his regular job scope in order to get the defendand in my case served as he was actively avoiding servers. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first speak with you in order to obtain all pertinent details. Every investigation is unique in it's own way. Upon agreeing on a budget, we will then proceed with the investigation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our investigators have over 40 years of combined experience conducting background checks, surveillance, SIU interviews, scene inspections and more. We only hire investigators with 5+ years of experience.
