- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees are not one-size fits all. I am fair and keep with the market. I work hard for my clients and ensure quality work. I do run promotions during the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand their needs, do a web-conference if possible, and typically the process is very intimate in the beginning but after the client has been on-boarded, the client feels comfortable, it runs like clockwork. I check in with the client based on need and give them an update on where I am at with the project or process, they appreciate it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the accounting and tax field for decades. My last few roles in the corporate environment were VP of Financial Reporting and Controller. I started my career in one of the top international audit firms. I have been servicing clients and investors for a very long time.
