Got the job done relatively speedy, charged almost double what was quoted, I am disputing the charges.

There was a bit of miscommunication between the client and my firm during the initial consultation. The client misunderstood the purpose of the retainer payment and thought the amount of the initial payment was the amount quoted for the entire proceeding. Due to this miscommunication, the remainder of client’s unpaid balance was forgiven.
