we have very competitive sliding scale pricing with our region and availability of services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we take over management of your properties we provide an initial intake of current rents and condition. We will then make recommendations as to market conditions as well as physical conditions. Photos and current rent roll, included in a new intake file where management contracts are signed, and any items used in management are transferred to management company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
(1982)35 years in the real estate industry ,include , management and sales of multi unit and investment properties, also Owned 1st Cornerstone Real Estate from 1999 to 2008, Went on to start Eclipse Constructors in order to enhance services for Real Estate
