I teach drum set and hand percussion . I take a lot of pride in what i do. I teach kids of all ages . from 5-95 ! My greatest pleasure in teaching is seeing the development of a student blossom right in front of my eyes . Right now I have students from the ages of 5 to 55 and I have to keep my practice growing. I believe compassion and enthusiasm are two major contributors to my success as a teacher. I am also more than willing to work with kids on the spectrum and people with special needs . I have toured the world playing and sharing music with many different cultures. I believe in being a well rounded musician in general -Not just a drummer. I have written over 150 songs and documented 100's of my own beats. My own project can be heard at Mrleeanddiversity.com . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am more than willing to try and find a price that is comfortable for my clients! Just ask me about about possible discounts etc. And......The first lesson is free! When signing up !
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on age and ability but, I usually start by asking what you would like out of your lessons, and determining goals and aspirations. If just having fun on the set or your drum is your aspiration than so be it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors In Fine Arts and have played and taught all over the world.I have extensive studio experience and can help with everything from working with a click track and loops to gaining confidence and helping eliminate performance anxiety.
