Jerry was amazing! We’re moving out of our apartment and needed multiple items, including heavy light fixtures, taken down and needed holes from where items hung patched. He completed all of my tasks in a timely manner and the work he did was great. He also did it efficiently and was in and out very quickly! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
if it is a small job or a few hours required I go with the hourly rate but if it something that needs more time, we dont know the time it will take or if the client request it I provide a total price so customers dont worry about the time but instead of the quality of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a talk with the client on their needs to see if is something we can help with. talk about the price so he/she feels comfortable and knows what he/she is getting and paying for. if it is a large project or a complex project and i feels is something i need to see. I would like to have a video call or a take a look before giving out any price. so we have an agreement of price and the job that needs to get done before start working on it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a technical school and have a strong back ground on electricity plumbing and hvac. I am a havc technician. I have always been involved in construction working in diferent companies like hvac, electrical, plumbing and a painting throughout my life.
