I also offer full service relocation services to Westchester County as well as referrals to other William Raveis agents throughout the entire North East. For Buyers: Congratulations! You have decided to purchase a home, or are thinking about buying one. You'll be joining the ranks of hundreds of families who realize that home ownership offers a number of benefits including building equity, saving for the future, and creating an environment for your family. When you own your own home, your hard-earned dollars contribute to your mortgage. The equity you earn is yours. Over time, your home will increase in value. When selecting your buyer's agent make sure you work with someone you feel comfortable with and is knowledgable regarding your search areas and type of properties you are looking into. For Sellers: Selling your home, especially in today's challenging real estate market, is an involved process that affects your family and your future. Before you begin this process, you'll want to ensure that you have the most up-to-date information: When should you sell? How do you get the best price? What kinds of renovations should be made prior to the sale? What other important considerations must be taken into account? Where do I start? When selecting your seller's agent make sure to work with someone that knows how to present and market your property for sale with state-of-the-art multi-media tools.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Real estate agents do not get paid unless they are bringing a real estate transaction to a close... i.e. helping you sell your home or purchase a new one, or both... and almost always all earned commissons are split four ways... between the listings broker and the seller's agent... and the buyer's broker and the buyer's agent...
