Introduction: I share the top knowledge of fitness with my clients! Not only I provide endless encouragement and motivation for clients to achieve their goals but also feasible fitness program. Without manageable program, your fitness goal cannot be achievable. Being certified by National Strength and Conditioning Association as a personal trainer, I have more specialty certification and "P90X" Live class certified instructor. I understand Western and Eastern methods to obtain fitness and wellness. There are so many exercises, but unfortunately "Fit-to-all" mechanism doesn't work for everyone. Just like we are unique identity and different from the others, the way of treating our body, mind and spirit has to be unique and has to be custom made. In addition to it, I am good at motivating my clients and having them re-discover their inner potential. Personal training is not only have people exercise but also have them happy and healthy. I love to see smile on my clients. They are happier, fitter and more energized. There are always challenges in our lives. In case of obtaining fitness and wellness, I can be a helper for them to get through it. It is my tremendous reward.

Meg is an excellent trainer. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness and wellness. Meg gives nutritional guidance as well. Since I've been working with her, I am in much better shape and have received many compliments on my overall weight loss. My strength has increased and I feel very energetic. Meg has helped me achieve my goals! I would highly recommend her.

Meg is amazing! She is very knowledgable about the body and knows what works to get it in shape! I saw great results with her, consistently. She's always as flexible as she can be with scheduling. She's supportive and encouraging as she trains. More importantly, she is a wonderful person and a pleasure to be around! I'm glad to know her as trainer and also as a friend.
