What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a massage membership certificate you pay $175 as a one-time annual fee. All future visits (of 60 or 90 minutes) for an entire 12 months are discounted by $20. Ex. a one-hour deep tissue massage is normally $95 but you will pay only $75. On 45 minutes session. ($10 discount) normally $70 rate is you will pay only $60.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer is to review the intake form with them carefully to make sure they are getting the attention to challenging areas that they are experiencing at the time. Then we go to the treatment room and I explain the specifics about my table, where to place their belongings, and explain things that can be adjusted in the room to make them most comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take continuing education classes to remain current on the latest developments in my field. I also take continuing education classes so that I can be certified in more styles of massage (examples are Ayurveda Massage and Reflexology).
