Introduction: I have been a chef for nearly twenty-five years. I have run kitchens in Napa, San Francisco, Portland and Southern California. I have six years of experience as a personal chef for a couple in Newport Coast.
I possess a "classic" style, focusing on foods of the Mediterranean. I am also well versed in regional American and authentic cuisines of Mexico. I have previously owned a wine shop and have a well-honed palette for pairing. Artisan bread baking is also a service I can provide.
