- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC (Institute of inspection, cleaning, restoration certification) certification in carpet cleaning, water restoration, trauma scene cleaning, and odor control, as well as continuing education in soil treatment and floor care.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After a varied history in floor care management and disaster restoration, I realized there was a great need for cleaning in specialized areas, such as post- construction detail cleaning and one-time thorough cleanings. My attention to detail has won me the loyalty of many commercial clients tired of the large "trash and dash" cleaning franchises out there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Carpet cleaning - both commercial and residential; one-time thorough cleaning, both residential and commercial, such as seasonal restaurant pre-season cleaning and real estate preparation for several local realtors and their clients; strip/wax and buffing of vinyl composite tile (VCT) flooring; and regular cleaning of several local businesses. I also offer power washing, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning, so one call gets it all!
