Troy’s handyman Sean was outstanding. I asked him to do some carpentry work and he was very knowledgeable at what he was doing. He said he needed to write up an estimate and he’d get back to me ASAP. Shaun responded quickly. I needed flooring, bathroom repair, drywall repair and painting. He sent me an estimate with photos, actual cost for materials and was clear upfront about what actions he would take to complete the job. He sent photos throughout and whole process was smooth from start to finish. I hired him for a second job (rewiring and installing a new smart thermostat) a few days later and he took care of it very promptly.
