In early 2013, I heard favorable things about John Harwick and called him regarding, among other issues, a very stressful real estate situation. After an hour on the phone, I agreed to retain him but became worrisome over finances and late in the day let him know I decided not to move forward. The following day John called to let me know he looked into my problem and felt strong probability towards a favorable outcome. He was correct and without incurring court costs reduced my exposure by 75k. He then brilliantly proceeded to sort out and bring to resolution a much larger series of more complicated issues. To this day, John continues to efficiently do so.
